I love riding my bike. We don’t do enough riding. This evening was a perfect summer evening. That sent of summer was in the air, that gentle air that is so light. Perfect for a ride.
The grain harvest is happening, and the soya beans are growing.

Happy Days – Storm the Trent!
We had a crazy great time at Storm the Trent this past weekend. You can’t beat that feeling of choking up a lung as you peddle like mad up a rocky, rutted ATV trail! We ended up doing just over 50K of running, cycling and paddling on Saturday. Hot, dusty and a ton of fun, everyone should try this race! Have a look at our slideshow.

#100happydays Day 63 Riding to work!
Glenis and I are fortunate that we can ride our bikes to work. She is lucky because she has a great ride down the trail into town and hops off it right behind the store.
This is NOT Glenis’s trail ride into work, (but I know she is up to the challenge!)
My trip is a little shorter, down quiet streets in town but it still makes going to work a little more enjoyable.
Staying off the trail means i don’t usually look like this when I get to work.
I rode this trusty steed to work today.
